Several studies have shown that grape juice does lower blood pressure. It needs to be pure juice, like Welch's Concord grape juice. Blood pressure should show a significant decrease over 2-3 months. The recommended amount to drink is 12 ounces per day. This is just one of many articles on grape juice: http://vitanetonline.com/forums/1/Thread/419

Celery juice is also a "natural cure" if she has a juicer. She would want to juice 2-3 stalks a day or just eat it, like in a salad or with meals.

Citrus juices like orange and lemon juice also help in the prevention of high blood pressure. It's best if they come naturally (i.e. from real fruits and not from those powdered/processed ones) so you can be sure they get enough of the nutrients needed to help.

Look up the medication's profile online and see if grapefruit juice is contraindicated. Or, you could just ask your pharmacist.
