Jigs Dinner as we call it. Lol. Basically you boil salt beef until it's fully cooked, Drain some of the water so it's not too salty, then boil your red skin potatoes, and carrots until cooked. Then make doe boys. Basically doe boys are mixing flour, butter and salt and rolling it up in a ball and placing it top of your vegetables in the pot and letting it cook for 10-15 minutes. You take up your potatoes and carrots and doe boys and pour the liquer over your food. It's salty but not too salty and the doe boys soak up the liquer wonderfully and it is one of the best tasting dinners I have ever had. Have you ever tried this? If not does it sound good to you?
