We are gonna roll up all the windows, put the top down and go cruisin' with the radio blaring opera music. Then we will go to Sonic for a Cherry Coke and see who we can pick a fight with. Last but not least we are going to hook up with the others over at the ditch, change the oil, and spend the rest of the night out layin' on the levy looking up at the stars.

You blared opera music? How cool! I would have a cherry vanilla Dr. Pepper at Sonic, but not fight. I was a BSer and (in my own mind, at least) a lover not a fighter. They ran us off the levy, and we couldn't see the stars for the city lights. However, the Kansas City skyline was well lit up from where we parked at Downtown Airport. There were lots of runway lights too. I couldn't put the top down as my Mustang was a hard top. Ahh, high school. Those were the days. I forget that I only had an AM radio too and blared 710 WHB and oldies all the time.
