Eat - unsalted nuts, lean meats and fish, cook with olive oil only - not other saturated fats, eat lots of fruit & vege & avocado - for antioxidants.
Buy a good cleasner that you can wash your face with each night. Remember to use a new/clean wash face each night when u clean ur face. Also buy a good exfoliant. Use this 2 times a week at night after u wash your face. Its worth spending a little extra money on good products - cleanser and exfoliant they are worth it. I use Lancome. Plus u only have to use a small amount and the product lasts for ages!
Drink lots of water each day.
And you to will enjoy fresh, healthy skin!

first of all avoid sun as much as you can and always use spf cream or spray before leaving the house because even in a cloudy day uv rays get to your skin (clouds only eliminate 30% of rays so 70% get to you even though you dont see them). Eat fish or take omega or flax oil supplements. Drink a lot of water (8glasses a day) and eat 5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day. Cocoa butter.

for the face: most importantly, drink lots of water . . . staying away from foods that are very greasy will also help . . . i've heard that pomegranate is good for your skin because it contains so many antioxidants . . . so i would assume most foods high in antioxidants, like fruits and vegetables, would be good for your skin . . . taking proper care of your skin is very important . . . make sure you cleanse with a cleanser appropriate for your skin, use toner if necessary, and then moisturize (with SPF)
for the body: avoid excessive sun exposure and artificial tanning, moisturize, use sunscreen when you are in the sun, regardless of skin pigment

Be sure to get facials at least once a month. This will help to shed the dead skin and really clean the face and neck areas. My skin just glows and feels amazingly clean after facials.
