A recent study of the top 15 medical professional liability insurers completed by the former Missouri Insurance Commissioner found that there is NO CRISIS.

Instead, it found that insurers have lied to the American public and price-gouged doctors by artificially raising their premiums. And the Bush administration has willingly gone along with the lie, touting a "malpractice crisis".

-The medical malpractice insurers saw losses and projected losses plummet by 48% over the period 2003-2006.
-These incurred losses have declined every year for the past five years.
-These insurers’ 2006 surplus is 43% greater than their surplus in 2003 – five times the state-minimum surplus for insurer stability.

So once again, the corporate big business machine and the Bush administration have BAMBOOZLED a gullible American public into thinking there's some crisis when THE TRUTH IS THAT THE INSURERS THEMSELVES ARE THE ONES CREATING THE "CRISIS".

when they say job requiremnts: 16+only -- im 15 turning 16 this winter would they accept me im pretty tall for my age im 5'8 and im taller than most adults and pretty responsible. Now would they hire me knowing that i would turn 16 this decmber or would i have more of a shot if i had working permit until i turned 16 for them to hire me.

I've seen this question on here but no answers have helped thus far. The player has been working fine up until now and nothing has been changed. We've checked all the wires and they're fine. The only thing that's different is a CD was played on it earlier in the day, after that when a DVD was played the picture was visible but not the sound. Suggestions?

And please keep the terms simple, I don't know the names of all the cords.

Ok, this is really weird, but over the last couple of days, sometimes, when I pee, there's like this gray film that settles at the bottom of the toilet. It's almost like a really fine ash or something. It doesn't hurt and I don't feel sick but it is quite alarming. It's not everytime, but like every 3 or 4 times that it is noticeable. I am a 27 year old male in average health and have never had any urinary problems or kidney issues or anything like that. Any idea what it might be? Has anyone else had this?

my husband had an affair and is still seeing this woman who after i told her found out he was married and we lived together and we have 3 kids together (not his biological kids but he has raised them he is their daddy and they are his kids) and he moved out but still saw the kids and we even were spending time together, i was hoping to try to salvage our marriage but she got nosey and got his password and read some emails i sent him and found out he was still in our lives but she still wants him and since she doesn't trust him she told him he can't see his kids because that means seeing me. he told me he misses them and they cry for him is there any way this can work out? our kids are suffering he does come see them a few days a week but its a secret and they deserve better than that. any suggestions please its painful for all of us

Their popluation is still growing at a radical rate and they are depleting the Oceans of shark, sea turtle and abalone among other things at an alarming rate. I want to let them know that we will no longer provide commerce if this continues. Anyone have any ideas? Where do humans get this "breed at all costs" arrogant superiority from anyway? I am terrirfied, absolutely terrified that this plague of humanity will be all the life left on earth far too soon. What is the damned goal anyway?

Hi, I dont ever use my laptop anymore and im planning on selling it. I realize i can only install office 2003 on 3 computers with the same license. If i were to uninstall it from my laptop will that free up that license so I can use it on my main PC? Does it register online to let Microsoft know im uninstalling it and to let me install that same office program on another PC?

In fact, the opposite is true. People tend to rise out of poverty faster then Democrats run the country.
