Have you been diagnosed with rabies? If you have you need to go to a doctor to see about medication. Usually after you've been bitten by an animal with rabies your given the series of vaccines otherwise you can die within two years. If your worried about the chance you have it see a doctor immediately and get tested, don't solely rely on anyone else besides a doctor for any advice on the matter.

If you were bitten 20 years ago, and now your worried. What in the world were you doing all these years? to say the least?
Go see your doctor and see what he says.

If you haven't gotten it by now, you're not going to get it. It has a latency period, but it's NOT 20 years long.
