He won't be taken alive.
If caught alive, just like the 1993 WTC bombing perpetrators he would be arraigned in U.S. Federal Court and given a jury trial. If convicted he will likely get the Timothy McVeigh treatment (executed in Indiana) or sent to Colorado like the 20th hijacker (i cant spell the dudes name).
