when they say job requiremnts: 16+only -- im 15 turning 16 this winter would they accept me im pretty tall for my age im 5'8 and im taller than most adults and pretty responsible. Now would they hire me knowing that i would turn 16 this decmber or would i have more of a shot if i had working permit until i turned 16 for them to hire me.

If it says 16+ they mean you need to be at least 16. Just wait till you turn 16...you will be working for the rest of your life, enjoy your youth.

Yeah, you would defiantly have to be 16 and prove your 16 by a birth certificate, student ID or government ID.

It is 16+ because certain jobs are regulated stricter by the government and there are laws in place to protect you.

You will have to show proof that you are 16+.
