Who is the best long jump Olympian?

Name the athlete and the country they represent. I'm a track athlete and I do running long jump. I would like to know the best long jumper in Olympics. Something to motivate myself. If possible, can someone name a good movie based on Track and Field.

Bob Beamon (U.S.) is the Olympic record holder set in Mexico City in 1968 with a jump of 8.90 meters or 29 ft. 2-1/2 inches. The world record is held by Mike Powell (U.S.) set at the 1991 World Championships in Tokyo with a jump of 8.95 meters, or 29 feet 4-1/2 inches. Powell also has 2 Olympic siver medals and another world championship gold. Carl Lewis(U.S.) has won 4 Olympic golds in the long jump ('84,'88,'92,'96)
