i live in the attic part of the house which has no windows, and it is BLAZING up here. i have an air conditioner that you would need to put out a window, but the thing is..i don't have a window..

do u believe its still ok to just plug it in and use it? or will it burn down the house ?

Someone wants to buy me out on my house in a year. I am 100% ok with that but I am not sure about the process. Can someone walk me through it?
Yes, the person wanting to buy it from me is on the mortgage but walked away from the property earlier this year. This person is now back on their feet and I am moving next year for a job anyways. I just don't want to get screwed because I do have equity in this house.

two weeks or so ago, a friend told me that he liked him, but I turn him down... I known him for years
He is still very friendly to me, and he is willing to still hang out and stuff like that....

I invited him to a school's musical on saturday....but he would rather go to a baseball game then watch a play/musical...

THe MA program I'm looking into applying to says this:

"Language Requirement: At the beginning of the 3rd semester of study, MA students are required to satisfy a French Language Requirement demonstrating a reading knowledge of French."

So are they only going to only accept people into this program if they have French courses on their Undergraduate transcript? AND say I did get accepted. How am I supposed to learn enough French in 2 semesters to satisfy this requirement?

We all know how the news is, especially with their love for negative and depressing news. I'm sure it's bad over there, but is it really as bad as they say? It's dangerous, c'mon, it's not that dangerous? Fear, c'mon, isn't fear going a bit overboard? I'm sure that there must be Israelis and Palestinians living over there that get along together just fine with eachother right? I would even bet that there are Israelis and Palestinians there that are good friends and their children all play with eachother right? I'm sure that probally even most people on both sides get along together just fine and find the whole thing thing just stupid right? I'm sure that there are even Israelis over there that are against their government and Palestinians that are against theirs right?

how can i ask he asked his fiance's dad for her hand in marriage hes a very strick guy and he wont even let her date and shes 21. she's still living with him until he comes home from the army, which is next month and there planning on getting married but he already know her father will not give them his blessing,he just need to know there dropping the big M word on him should they take him out to diner so if he starts to yell they could just leave its just he have no clue on how to tell him he's been dating hes daughter since she was 19 and now he wanna marry her. he hates african america and the shi t is hes black too but from the caribbean. so help my brother out please.
