We were informed in Feb. of 2006 that my husband would be deploying to Iraq in Sept. of 2006. March -June they started training and preparing for their tour. June -Aug my husband went to BNCOC phase 1 and phase 2, Sept they deployed. He had 27 use or lose days that needed to be used by Sept. well he lost them. I found out today (the S1 called me) and told me the Army is buying his 27 days off of him. How much will they pay him? I would have rather had the extra 27 days leave....

I don't see any Jack n the Box, Carl Jr, Whataburger, Dell Taco, FatBurger, Sonic, Inn&Out, etc. I've only seen 2 Wendy, 2 Taco Bell and 2 Burger King. This is really sad.

I am setting up a small office network that is composed of the following:

Hardware:
- 1 Windows 2003 Enterprise server (R2)
- 3 to 5 Windows XP and Vista computers

Software / Services:
- An FTP site will be necessary for uploading files
- We will receive 5 static IPs from Verizon (DSL). One will be exclusively assigned to the FTP server.
- VPN using 2003 server

I have a basic idea of what needs to be done, but I am not too sure if this is the best way to do this.

I am planning on getting a firewall to go between the DSL modem and a router. However, I am not sure what kind of router/switch to use because I am not sure how to handle splitting the static IP addresses. The FTP server will need to reside on the 2003 server (either via IIS or Linux running in virtualization).

I also need to configure incoming VPN using Windows 2003 Server.

I would like to know what the Best Practices for this situation would be. I'm having a a hard time finding this info on the web.

Thank you!

I've heard 10%, but I find it hard to believe a family surviving on $40000/year can afford to spend an extra $330/month. I've also heard "whatever you can afford".

It's silly. When you think of our creator giving us life in the form of HIMSELF, and these tree lovers will instead say we are larger apes. It's blasphamous!

There are obvious things that we have in common with the animal kingdom. It's because all life on this earth is breathed from God.

When a woman actually acts feminine, eats right and does the right thing by her family, it is divinely inspired. Gluttony plays towards the other side of god's creation.

It's all CREATION. How hard is that for you to figure? Did you think we evolved from a stick and a rabbit. Damn it's hard to figure out what you are trying to do to this country with your rhetoric.

Let's take control of our world again, spread the word of Jesus and watch all wars come to an end. Then Jesus will come down and bless us with his love and presence.

I remember a time when men and women made up families. Now it's two guys, some adopted kid and a ceremony. Ugh.

the young officers shouldn't either? ...

"Capture one of these killers, and he'll be quick to demand the protections of the Geneva Convention and the Constitution of the United States. Yet when they wage attacks or take captives, their delicate sensibilities seem to fall away. These are men who glorify murder and suicide. Their cruelty is not rebuked by human suffering, only fed by it."

I need help deciding which breast pump to go with. I don't have a whole lot to spend and was looking at the ones that run around $50.

Are the electric (single) ones in this price range any good?

What about the manual ones? How do the manual ones feel on the hands? I suppose I"m afraid that my hands will become extremely sore (I think I have mild arthritis).

I will be pumping a couple times a day mostly just so I can have milk stored in the freezer for the hubby to feed and for daycare.

Any advice would be great.

The McCanns are jetting off to Madrid then Germany and the Netherlands. A bit bizzare as the only possible sighting they have had thus far was her in Morrocco. Don't you think they should have been on the first plane out there instead of to the Pope. Why don't they do anything normal, ie most parents would go to where she could be found not the other side of the world. Since when has their been a massive child traffic ring operating in Madrid or the Netherlands. You would concentrate on the areas that would most produce results. Call me cynical but perhaps the McCann Limited Company hasn't raked in enough money yet for them. I think any normal parent would have been scouring the streets of morrocco by now or at least gone out there for a look. Nothing these two seem to do ties in with what a normal loving parent would do.
