No one sees the height of the towers as a symbol of man's arrogance?

yep- the two are unrelated plus- the Tower of Babel was destroyed by an act of god, the WTC by a bunch of insane terrorists that want to dominate the world and force everyone to follow their beliefs.

YES, it is. The Tower of Babel was not a mass MuRdEr the WTC was a total destruction and a mass murder by a group of terrorists. GOD created this world and expected people to be humble toward HIM and to be thankful, NOT to attempt to show themselves as superior beings. GOD separated them because of this. HE did NOT murder them as the terrorists did in NYC. There is a major difference here. Have a wonderful day.
Thanks,
Eds

EDIT:
Evidentally Jess had no relatives affected by the WTC MuRdEr. Some of our citizens DID!

Yes, the Tower of Babel was not destroyed and thousands of people were not murdered, GOD confounded their language and they were unable to speak to one another. As a result they were unable to finish building the tower.

absolutely nothing in common- people were building the tower of babel to "try to get to God, and to be like Him". God destroyed the tower- The WTC- was a place that people worked and terrorists destroyed them.

One was an attack which took the lives of thousands of innocent people.

The other was an action taken to stop an evil and to spread out a people as they were told to do. No one was killed in the process.

Kind of hard to find any similarities.

Yep, only one actually happened. If that Tower thing were true, wouldn't God have a really BIG problem with NASA?

Yes . . . for theological purposes . . . unless you are a Chistofacist, Ted Haggard, Jerry Falwell, ignorant fundamentalist Christian. As an "analogy" in a non-theological context .. I suppose it's OK.
