Hi. I have a dual boot system i.e Linux and Windows OS,
I want to remove linux from my pc without effecting windows.
So that i can use linux partition ?

I think you have to Delete the Linux Partition using the Linux CD, some have like GParted or a FSDK utility.
This link may help, I not sure. I hope you see it in English, my Computer is using Polish so that what I see, you should see English.

well you can use fdisk and get rid of the linux partition and recreate it as a fat or ntfs file system BUT that will not get rid of the duel boot option (but if you always select windows at the prompt you will be fine) it will just always prompt you but the partition will be gone if you delete it will fdisk

what boot loader are you using?
