We've been aborting 1.2 million babies a year in this country since 1973. That's quite a drain on citizens. Now we need bodies to pay the Social Security taxes for the baby boom generation, they start retiring. We don't have enough bodies to do it. And, of course, Washington is not going to reform entitlements. Too big a risk. So just get these bodies in. The dirty little secret is that they're going to be a net drain on Social Security because while they may be contributing Social Security taxes, to help defray some of the Social Security of other baby boomers they're going to have to also receive their own transfer payments because they're not going to have access to health care, not going to have enough money for kids to go to school, this sort of thing. It's easier to import the bodies here than to take on the serious task of reforming these problems, which, by the way, is not going to be solved by these people coming in. If it even works, it's a temporary fix.

But the second reason -- it's very close. The Democrats, by the same token, don't discount the fact that this to them is a golden opportunity to expand the welfare system. the point is that what is at stake here is the Democrats see a golden opportunity to create a whole new subculture of dependents that are going to vote for them forever. The Democrats, the liberals in this country resent conservatism and its success and its power, they want to take on the traditions and institutions that have made this country great, tear it down and rebuild the country in the liberals' own image, which is a giant governor government, whole lots of victims, people dependent, can't get by on their own. That's nirvana for liberals, and that's part and parcel of this whole thing.

Hello

I am a Christian and a man of science.
The people I have to work the hardest against are... Christians
How to deal with other christians, especially the ones in the US ? (I never have any trouble with followers of Jesus in other countries).

-------------------
I dedicate my life at mitigating global warming since it is the field where I can do the most to help other people, especially the weak ones (poor countries). I know... its like the work of mother Theresa bringing milk to Bangladesh while the dutch engineer comes to build dykes... one is more visible, the other is crucial, both are useful.

I could have used my business and science knowledge for army or weapons business instead... so please respect my work, I truly try to help other humans on a rational basis.

I forgot how the whole quote goes, but can someone fill in the blanks for me?:
"..., tear down this wall!"

Note this is in regards to the Berlin Wall.

I pay 50% of my paycheck in childsupport. I barely have enough left to live off of much less get a lawyer. My boss has cut my hours, so now it's worse. If it wasn't for a very dear friend and family i wouldn't make it. I can't afford a lawyer and I'm ready to just give up on ever seeing my children again.

This isn't the first time. He eats frogs, lizards, and obviously roaches. Although it keeps the pest away, is it healthy for him to eat them? Also everytime I try to take them away he hisses, scratches me, and sometimes bites me.

I am 14, and I'm not sure if what I have is depression, bi-polar, or just being moody. Last year around this time I became suicidal. I'm pretty sure that it was because I didn't have that many friends, or because I was just going through a hard time. I'm not too sure though

This year, about three months ago, I became bulemic. Once again, I blamed it on my weight peer pressure, and multiple other things. I just stopped, and now looking back I am really worried about myself.

I also tend to go through these obsession "phases". I'll be in love with something (like puff paint, duct tape, and T.V. shows) for about 3 months, and then all the sudden drop it cold turkey. Lately it has been the T.V. shoe House, but all the sudden I hate it! It is so weird.

Does anyone knowif it is depression? And if so, how am I supposed to tell my parents to get help. I tried to tell my mom a few months back, but she just told me that I was being moody.

please?

The attorney say that he disapproved of the contract and that it wasn't based on price. The only contingency was the closing of my house next month. My attorney wrote back and said he acted in bad faith. Now the seller's attorney is telling me that it wasn't soley on price. Do I have any recourse? (Illinois) My attorney hasn't called me back yet and trying to not pay too much $$$$.

I want to propose the idea of recycling to the company I work for. In my department we throw away a ton of paper everyday and it DRIVES me nuts! Nobody even thinks twice about it. So how can I suggest we recycle and make it sound like a great idea or anything to make them do it. There are about 12 different buildings doing the same amount of wasting I'm sure. I wanted to bring in my own trash can to throw paper in and recycle it myself but I don't think I should have to, or should I? Is it my problem that I am so worried about this or the company I work for? Any ideas to get them to start recycling would be great. We probably throw away a reem of paper a day in my department alone.

Their looks and body I despise
Anger and jealousy soon arise
My need for perfect I cannot subdue
I'm alone all alone with no one but you
Always so critical always so mean
with all these troubles i must come clean
I hate when I breath it means Im still here
Im living my life with nothing but fear
