The speadsheets people send me print half of the page on one sheet and half on the other.

page set up under the FILE menu
there is a buttion to force it to print on 1 page wide by 1 page tall.
You can chaged the 1 to a 2 if you want it to fit everything on 2 pages ect..

In the print dialog box (or page setup), choose the second option where it say "Fit page to ___ pages tall and ___ pages wide" Then fill in a "1" in the "wide" box and nothing in the tall box. If you don't want the spreadsheet to go onto two pages at all, then put a 1 in the tall box.
Make sure you're printing "landscape" and not "portrait".

Check to see if the page setup is in portrait. If it is change it to landscape. File/Page Setup/Landscape. I'm guessing that is your problem. Also click on fit to: 1 page. If not then your spreadsheet is to large to fit on one page. Good luck.

go to page format and then click on fit to page
