You can't; they can. If you deed a property to someone, only they can deed it back.Same story if you add them to a deed; only they can take themselves out of title.

Once you deed the property to someone else, they legally own the property. At that point, they have sole decision making authority on what to do with the property. They can deed it back to you, use it for themselves, rent it out or selling it someone else.

Nope. You would have to qualify for a loan of your own and actually have the other person sell the house to you. Not a good idea to have someone else put there name on a piece of property you wish to own.

if u deed the house to someone only they have the authority to deed i tback to you. for your own protection i would sign a side agreement or keep your name as a cosigner on the deed.
