2) Yes I'm asking because of information I've heard from a tax protester.
3) No, Title 26 does not specify that YOU have to pay an income tax, nor is the IRS tax CODE a LAW.
4) The 16th Ammendment was never ratified.

5) What do you think about the film, America Freedom to Fascism where numerous IRS agents, tax lawyers, and congressmen have come out and said "There is no law that you have to pay INCOME tax". If you haven't seen it, I highly encourage you to watch it and get back to me on it.

Let's face it, if the government put more effort and resources into enforcing its current laws against those who employ illegal immigrants more than half the battle would be over. I get that its cheaper to for a company hire someone illegally, pay them less, not pay proper insurance coverage or taxes, and keep them working in substandard conditions that most americans nor the law would allow. I also get how this all comes down to the almighty dollar and feeds into the increased greed among those who continually get rich off the sweat, blood and tears of a population that are clearly and blatantly are being taken advantage of. I understand there are those who'll say americans will not do this work, but my argument would you do back breaking, smelly, underappreciated jobs for, if youre, lucky, a mere eight bucks an hour with no type of benefits and a family to support. With these inhumane conditions, why do you think our goverment continues not to address issues and enforce the law?

do you think we need a common man per say in office? whom better to serve the american people than a common american? would you vote for a man that has had to strugle all his life for president? at least he would know and understand what the general public has to deal with. he would fight harder for health reforms and incomes and family issues. then write in vote for HUBERT JACKSON for PRESIDENT. how do you feel about that idea?

My sister is a good example of this. She is head of the maths department at the school where she teaches. Maths being based on logic, you would expect its easy to have a logically based discussion with her. However, as soon as religion comes into it and she's faced with a question about contradictions or silly dogmas in her religion, she instantly pulls out the response of "But I have faith" and refuses to pursue a logical argument saying that sometimes faith is more important than logic.

Isn't this just avoiding the need to examine faith.

I was just thinking about when I was a kid, things like Sunday school and vacation bible school, I remember being taught to be an automaton, to believe everything the nice instructor said.

I remember the songs, the readings, everything was designed to be some sort of Orwellian/BF skinner nightmare. "Jesus loves me yes I know, cause the BIBLE TELLS ME SO."

just thinking about it really creeps me out, does anyone else have these memories and such an adverse reaction to it?

The population on planet earth has been growing for the past 3-5 thousand years. Today there is about 6.68 billion humans on earth and 75 million births per year, that is about 200,000 births per day.

Evolutionist say that humans evolved over a period of a million years. but the population 4000-6000 years ago would have been like maybe 1 million humans in the entire planet or less?

Mesopotamia Art show humans as we know them today.

So before any recorded history human population must have been very low on planet earth. Births must have been a few a year.

So if we are having 75 million births per year should'nt there be a sign of human drastic evolution? 75 million births is probaby equivalent to a 100,000 years before any recorded history since the population was so low and births where few.

Yet we see no sign of human evolution. We so see variety of skin color and eye color, but we do not find one superior variety. All humans are equal and evolution is absent.
