Couples would have to demonstrate to their local government (in the way of a series of interviews and exams) that they are financially, physically, emotionally, and spiritually capable of raising a child before they could get pregnant together.
I'm sick of seeing people who are far too stupid to breed spitting out babies like a gumball machine.

i think it would have to be the mind your own business law y? because there r way to many already and noone enforces them but yet everyday they think of ways to pass more cant they just leave us alone? what happend to freedom and all that american stuff you here about on t.v.

Stupid people cant have kids, drive, work at restaurants, etc. I cant stand people at a fastfood place that screw up my order when I order a cheeseburger with nothing on it. YES I WANT THE FREAKING CHEESE!!

this would be a serious law.
prosecute everyone that commits crimes against animals and not just give them a fine ,put them in prison

people who smoke in entrance ways would be fined!!! If it continues fines get bigger etc.. Oh if they throw cigarettes out the window a littering fine of 500.00.

if you can't put your grocery cart back where it belongs then you never get to use one again....and don't try picking up a basket either .....you're banned! and if you leave your cart next to cars ...the person who spots you gets to ram it into you....
