My husband is 43 yr old , perfectly healthy , exercise regularly but they found a scar at the Thallium / Stress test for the heart and they sent him to do a heart ultrasound . What means a scar on the heart ? He never had a heart condition or heart attack and his blood pressure/cholesterol is normal,as well as the weight .

I bought a computer from a company that stated the auction to be AS-IS with only stated damage was it was missing the hard drive. When I received the computer it was completely fried. I took it to the local repair shop and they said that all the internals were fried. I feel they used misleading advertising by just stating the hard drive was gonna when really he computer is just a large paper weight. I contacted the company and they told me it was sold AS-IS no refunds. Though at the bottom of the auction they state to contact them with any discrepancy within 7 days of revceiving the item, which i did. the discrepancy is the whole computer is dead. The only good part on it is the case. I paid $300 for the tower which was about right for what it had. It's not likly i was getting some screaming deal and it went sour. I paid fair market value and the item turned out to be junk. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company. Anything else I should do?

I have used Pinnacle Studio 9 for several years. I love the capabilities but it runs way too slow (and from my research there isn't a way to make it faster). What program is out there that is similar to pinnacle but will run faster and smoother?

that you do not want a relationship w/him until he has all his stuff settled and he is off the rebound. He recently went through a divorce and I do not want to be his rebound, no matter how much I care about him and have known him for years. I want something serious and am smart enough to know that he isn't ready for that right now, but I know he is interested in me. I told him to give me a ring whenever he has kicked it, gotten everything out of his system, enjoyed the single male life, and got off the rebound. If he's happy, he's happy, and I am happy for him, but if he later down the road finds himself still thinking about me, I want him to call. Somehow this made me feel better b/c I do care about him, but was I wrong for telling the man this and letting him go just like that? Should I have handled this differently? I know that he has lots of qualities that I look for in a man, and that I would love to give it a shot, just not at this time.
