I have used Pinnacle Studio 9 for several years. I love the capabilities but it runs way too slow (and from my research there isn't a way to make it faster). What program is out there that is similar to pinnacle but will run faster and smoother?

I use Ulead videostudio 10 plus to edit a tv program for my church and it works great and its only about 100 bucks, it will do everything from overlay to green screen.

depending on the computer for macs there is imovie finalcutpro(all prof movies use), and for windows windows movie maker comes with it but there is free upgrades for greenscreen effects etc.... adobe premiere is great but really hard to use. there is a free one video edit magic which is kinda simmilar, and sony vegas is awsome but i have ulead and it sucks and u can always get the new version of pinnacle titanium, 10 which i have and it rocks and for just special effects itself there is fx(fxhome.com) not sure the name
