I have gone to oprah.com and looked at the archives (pronounced ar' kives ;) section but it seems as though they only go back to '99 where as the guest that I'm thinking of was on the show back in the 80's. It was a show about employment discrimination and how she was discriminated in the work force due to a facial disfigurement. Sadly, she died after having about 16 or more reconstructive surgeries and ironically was actually relatively happy with her appearance. Thank you for any info!

we had talked about porn early on in our relationship and had decided that we don't want each other viewing it.today i found pornography on my computer that he downloaded LAST MONTH.i am 4 months pregnant and i take this as a huge betrayal of trust.when i asked him about it he denied it, then admitted it, then blamed it on him trying to get some for his friends at work.i know that its total BS and even if it were true i feel like what he did is wrong.should i not be infuriated by this?to make matters worse, he told me its none of my f***ing business and laughed when i was bawling about it over the phone.i want to know what other people think...should i just move out and move on with my baby?or should i get over it...?thing is, he refuses to talk about it except to say i am overreacting.

I kinda don't. I say, marry your own kind and that not being mean to other races but makes it easier on both families and future children. I guess I don't mind a Malaysian marrying an Indonesian or a American marrying a British or a Russian marrying a Australian. Even though those are all different cultures but they are the same race and ethicity. I HATE it when a Indian marrries a Caucasian, people who are totally different in race, ethncity and stuff like that.

I am in 8th grade- My math teacher is threatening ALL his math classes by saying "if you do not finish study island I guess i will be seeing you over the summer" I am not a terrible student but I am getting a C in his class and I have worked hard All Year My parents even hired a tutor an yet my math teacher is threatening to hold any one who does not complete a stupid web site or complete tests that show you can add fractions and decimals should not keep me from graduating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My sister had her car repoed like 6 years ago. The bank has been filing to get the money left on it after it was sold. (Its close to 3K) anyways she looked up on her credit report and it showed a judement against her. When she looked up the court records online it said that they had served her with court notices like 3 times and everytime she has gotten them...which is a bold face lie. She never knew she was being served. She never once had anybody server her at home or her job. My question is how long can they try to get the money from her or will this thing go on forever?

I have an upright piano about 80 years old i had it professionaly tuned six months ago but it is now losing it's pitch. I have an electric keyboard which i can adjust the pitch and tune with. However i do not have a tuning key and they seem a triffle expensive. Can i adjust each string with a small spanner or clock key to tune it against the keyboard or am i just being tight and should i call the fellow back to retune it once more. It cost's about £150 a year to keep in tune at the moment.

I use a weekly/monthly paper all zone travel card to travel into london, but my ticket is usually rejected by the underground ticket gates within one or two days of issue, with the 'seek assistance' message, i've heard that using the gate after an oyster card can cause this, but it has happened when no one else is at the gates. What causes the valid ticket to stop being accepted? is there anything that can be done, beyond waiting for the ticket to expire and having to go through the manual gate?
