EVEN if he did (which i highly doubt because his own daughter has announced that this is a lie) what difference would it make to the theory of evolution?

science doesn't really rely on the personal beliefs of scientists but on evidence! there are mountains of evidence to support evolution!!

why do people use this argument?

At one point, my text book states that the speed of sound is approximately 5000m/s in iron (desnity = 7.9 g/cm^3) and about 330 m/s in air (density = 0.001 g/cm^3). However, it then states that: "WAVES WILL TRAVEL FASTER IN AIR THAN IN IRON, BECAUSE THE AIR IS LESS DENSE." Is it just me or is this statement false?

Can someone please give a detailed sceintific explanation to how the velocity and wavelength of waves change as they enter different media?

As a "non-Christian", what is your opnion of this faith? Do you think they are misguided (because your particular faith is the true one)?

Bush dismissed the Civil War warnings of the Generals in order to sell the idea to the American public, but there are few who refuse to call it a Civil War these days.
