There are 4 years to go for the next world cup and I honestly believe he may not be able to make it. Don't be misguided with his 100 against Bangladesh he is at the brink of a swan song and I think its high time he should leave the cricket arena with honor and grace for he has ruled the cricket world for so long and certainly deserve a great farewell.

I dont think so. I think in another 4 yrs the one day cricket would change drastically mainly bcoz of the intorduction of 20-20. and i dont think Sachin will be able to adapt to a faster-quicker and more aggressive form of ODI. He might still be a good player in 20-20 but wont dominate the game as he did in the 90s in ODI and test.

This WC in WI is just completed & u r jumping very long to the next WC in 2011 which is 4 yrs from now, wait.. relax. I think it's Sachin's personal decision purely, if his body, performance, concentration is still with him all these yrs, may b he will play the next WC.

He can play because he will be around 40 when the next world cup arrives!
So yes He could if he maintains his fitness and plays offencive.

I think as long as he scores consistently and remains fit he should definitely play the next world cup.after serving india for such a long time he should have a dream of winning world cup for india and i think it will be 2011.

I dont think that his playing carreer will last till the next worldcup and as such he will not play in the world cup 2011.

Yes. If his fitness proves he can play the next WORLD CUP. It is played in INDIA, PAKISTAN, SRI LANKA & BANGLADESH. My wish he should play. All the BEST.
