My adjustable rate has gone up this month and will go up again in 6 months.

Will I be able to get a fixted rate with credit scores between 680 and 720.

How do I go about it and will I have to have my home apraised? I bought the house for 160000.00 and now owe about 130000.00 on it. How much will they refinace, all of it or only 80%.

The rate is going to kill me.

My ex wife has been in and out of relationships over the last 5 years she is currently separated from her husband and has a 2 year old daughter and a new boyfriend. My two children a girl 12 years and a son 9 years have been involved with other kids ranging from (10-18) who have been in trouble with the school and the police. I have been trying to get my kids out of that situation, however my ex wife continues to have have these troubled kids around mine. My kids also started picking up the bad habits like talking back, poor grades, and fighting in school, from those bad kids. Any advise? My ex wife will continue to have my children in harms way. I am seeking the consult of a lawyer to modifiy our divorce decree.

I have really bad headaches not releived by Tylenol. The only thing I can take is acetominophen because I am 10 weeks pregnant. What can I do and what causing these severe headaches to occur? 400 players on its roster, what excatly happens?? do they pick out 80 current scrubs from the league and toss em out and replace em with the hew drafts??? because this practice seems unfair. you have to give evryone a chance to shine. for some players that might take a few years, and weeding them out before they get the chance to shine, for new draft picks is attrocious practice. i say have the NBA draft once in five years. what say you??
