ive been taking the pill for a couple of years now. this month i started the pack one day late. ive had exams and so have been stressed which has resulted in late pill taking and missing one altogether. im now on my seven days off and my period is two days late. everytime ive had sex ive used condoms also. could i be pregnant?

it is possible, but you said you have been stressed, that will cause you to be late. you really shouldn't miss a pill, if you miss one you are to double up the next day. I was ill and in bed for several days and for a solid week I was taking 2 pills a day, made me sick, but that's what my dr said to do.

It's unlikely that you are pregnant. However, did you have sex the day you missed taking the pill? If so, there might be a chance, more than likely since you missed the last pill it just threw your cycle off in addition to being stressed... You should take your pill at the same time everyday or 1 hour before the usual time and 1 hour after is generally ok..... If you still don't get it I would go and see your gyno. just to be on the safe side.....

there is always a waver on the pills.
I've been in the same predicament as you... dont worry about your period being two days later once the sugar pills hit.
As far as taking the pills make sure the next day you take two pills to cover for the one. if you skip 2 days take 3 pills and if you skip 3 days take 4.. But once you skip 3 days usually you'll get a period and consult your doctor.
If your really stressed try a pregnancy test.. not a bad thing to do the worse thing to do is stress yourself beause the stress can trigger a period to come early or late and it wouldn't matter whether your on the pill or not.. its just what happens to womans bodies. go us! lol

Seems like you should be just fine, you took grate care. How ever, there is a small chance of you getting pregnant even if you are using the pill correctly right throe, same with condoms. I would not stress out about it if I where you, Its probably the stress that is delaying your period. Get a home pregnancy test done in a week if period did not start. If it shows negative go make a turn at your dr.
