ok. i joined a gym and i go about 3 times a week for about 45 min-1 hour. i thought i was doing well with the whole eating healthy and less thing... ive slipped the last few days...and its getting down to the wire(im going on a trip in less then a month)
my questions:
1. what are good low calorie/fat things to eat?
2.how much weight can i realisticly lose in less then a month?

I have a six year old brother. He is so fuc*king annoying! He walks around the house naked all the time! When we come home from school, he walks in the door. Throws his backpack wherever. Throws his shoes at the wall. Throws his clothes off, and by two minutes he's home he's fully naked! Here walks around the house naked for the rest of the day, he rides his bike in the backyard naked, he sits on our couch and watches TV naked. He gets up on the counter in the kitchen to get food and puts his nasty as*s on the counter. Then I have to put my food on the same counter he put his butt on!

Is this normal for a six year old to still be walking around naked an d not care if anyone sees him naked? My mom just says: "Oh this is just a normal phase for kids this age.".

I have $110,000 in student loan debt, $11,000 in credit card debt, a car payment, rent, plus everyday expenses. I can't seem to keep my head above water. I have the Panasonic SA-HT 40 Home Theater system and would like to replace the L/R speakers that came with the system with larger floor model speakers.
The floor speakers are 3-ways with 10" subs and are rated at 8 ohms each, but I have another set of floor speakers that are rated at 8 ohms as well,connecting them in parallel would give me the 4 ohm load recommended by the manufacturer.
I just want to know if anyone else has substituted speakers for a similar model and the results they got.

my rabbit started limping recently and before that she was perfectly fine. I don't know how to diagnose her. She has patches of no fur on her hind legs, not the bottom of her feet, where it looks like you can see bone/tendon. It looks raw too. Do people nowadays but sporting event tickets based on price or still based on location? Nowadays I feel people buy more on price and not as much on location if they just want to catch a ballgame, especially due to the high prices of food and beer.
