Blackheads can be stubborn, but try your hardest. Don't trust all of the home remedies that many people recommend, as many don't work. However, I know of one that does, and it's very popular. Try apple cider vinegar. It may sting a little, but it does help to get rid of your acne.
Use a deep cleaning scrub or cleanser each day designed for acne, and an exfoliating cleanser as well. Wash your hair regularly, too - oils from your hair can transfer into your skin and cause more acne (or add excess oil to your current acne), especially if you leave your hair hanging loose often or if you have bangs. Avoid touching your acne with your fingers as well - our fingers contain a lot of oil, and it can transfer into your current acne or create new acne, as I stated before.
Drink plenty of water for clear, nourished and refreshed skin. Eat a healthy, balanced diet too.
In the meantime, find a concealer or toner that is close to your skin tone and dab a small amount on the acne. To make any excess concealer/toner smudges disappear, take an ice cube wrapped in a tissue and apply to the zit for a minute (no longer than a minute as it could cause unwanted redness).
Most of all, avoid popping the blackheads unless it is absolutely necessary. Popping them may get rid of them, but it won't prevent acne scars, so be cautioned.
Don't use pore strips, either - pore strips can actually worsen your breakout, and are not always healthy for your skin.
In the meantime, just forget about your acne! If you're not making a big fuss about it, nobody else will either. You're not the only one out there with blackheads. You're not the first to have them and you won't be the last.
XOXO,
Laurie

this site is excellent for info your seeking. The number one thing to do is to resist all temptation of picking blemishes! It doesnt help. Maybe look for an exfoliating blackhead eliminating soap and see a dermatologist about some medicine available for your situation.

Do some face steaming and then do the pore cleaning strip. You can find the recipes in the source.
