i have a blood parrot cichlid. I've noticed that he keeps sitting on the ground underneath one of the live plants that I have in the tank. Is this normal behavior for these fish, or is he dying?

I was waiting for my insurance company to update information, and my account was sent to collections two days before i called to set up a payment plan. Am i still responsible for the balancein collections or will they have to pay collections what my insurance payed the hospital?

as to how to ease foot pain associated with standing all day? My job requires me to stand for at least seven hours a day. I have tried the best, most expensive shoes, and yet my feet are in excruciating pain at the end of the day. Any suggestions (and I don't want a different job)?

I think you can answer this yes or no and still be right.

The Stanley Cup was born in Canada. Therefore, there is nothing wrong with all Canadians pulling for Ottawa to get the Grail back home. I get it.

The US will not rally behind Anaheim because they want to see the Cup come to the States. But some Americans will root against the Sens because they don't want the Cup to go to Canada.

So I think that because Canadians rally around the Cup, some Americans get defensive and root against them. Fair statement?

Is the US/Canada rivalry a good thing or does it encourage some of the stupid statements that have been popping up on here more often?

My foot is seriously, swolen, toes are turning dark, look like got stomped on and + a serious foot rash worse then athletes foot. I'm using Lotrimin, My IDC (Independent Duty Corman) put me on keflex 250mg, and600mg motrin. Im US Military n Baghdad! Can any Doctors out therefind Out what it is and help us troubleshoot this. Help!

Can someone tell me how to add programs on a flash drive I downloaded the program to my desk top then dragged it into flash drive and deleted program from my desktop. When i put the flashdrive back in wont recognize the program. Do I have to keep the program loaded on my desktop

I'm 32 and have gained about 45 lbs over the past few years. I'm a yo-yo dieter - done all the fad diets, lost 20-30 pounds, and then gained it all back + some.

I decided to do it right this time... I'm keeping my calories to about 1000-1400 per day. Trying to keep fat, carbs, sodium lower, fiber up. Eating well-balanced meals - ie, last night I had fish and sauteed spinach. Exercising regularly - walking, aerobics classes, biking. I think I'm doing everything right, but NO RESULTS!

It's been about 3 weeks. 1 week was "getting into it" (I cheated a bit), but 2 solid weeks of discipline. According to me calories in vs calories burnt (and I track everything, every day) I should be losing a steady 2-3 lbs per week.

After 2 weeks, I lost 3 lbs. Got on the scale this morning and NOTHING. It's so frustrating. Can it be that my body needs something else to jolt it into weight loss mode?
