please do Not tell me the usuall standard deviation only standard deviation due to level difference (factor)

I don't fully understand what you don't want to hear. Factor differences are handled in an ANOVA analysis. In the analysis, the total variance is partitioned into parts that can be attributable to different causes, such as factors. The rest is unexplainable, and become the experimental variance, and used to test the other partitioned variances. If the partitioned variances are significant, their standard deviation can be computed.
