this girl's parents i no are "strong" jehovah's witnesses. they force there"religion" on her. i understand that you would want your child to share your belifs but is it right to force it on her? its basically to the point where they will litteraly disown her. i dont feel this is right as a Christian i feel that wanting a relationship with the Lord should be a personal choice. please any comments will be much appriciated thank you and God bless

I think I've lost a lot of "respect" for Hank Aaron. I've never seen him play and there is only one replay of his playing days ever shown so I have no idea what kind of person he is.

But his recent remarks that he won't be there to watch Barry Bonds break the record because "I traveled for 23 years, and I just get tired of traveling. I'm not going to fly to go see somebody hit a home run..." makes me question him as a person. Aren't records made to be broken??? It's not just that he won't be there....its that he will "travel" somewhere else if Barry is in Atlanta with a chance to break the record....

...so he won't travel to see it but he'll travel to NOT see it???

I'm trying to figure out if the bush growing in my yard is either a blackberry bush or a strawberry one. I've had people tell me they were blackberries and others say raspberries. Does anyone know where I can find pictures or any information to help me id them? Thanks.

When you're proving something, does it matter what you're proving T (sub n) is, as long as you have the equation you're supposed to prove? All you have to do is plug k+1 into the equation, and simplify, right?

Would you agree that he insulted the troops in this statement? I mean, I wonder how many "Bumper Stickers" it takes to blow up a Humvee or how many soldiers have been killed by bumper stickers by non-existent terrorists in Iraq and Afghanistan so far.

Third Temple is to be build on the Temple Mount, problem is Dome of the Rock is already located there. However, Isreal has already started breeding a special type of goat that is to be used at the Third Temple, drawn up building plans, and secured (solomon's temple) orginal items and or replicas to be used for the third temple already. Why would they be doing this if they weren't planning on building the third temple soon. Also Most want it only to be built where it orginally was located (temple mount)

Sore feet and hands?
my hubby complains about his feet and hands always being sore and feeling like they are swollen. He works in construction so hes on his feet all day except breaks. Any ideas on how to relive this

Depersonalization Disorder, aka Alice in Wonderland disease is linked philosophically to existentialism, even Buddhism. How would that fit in to Buddhism? I've experienced depersonalization twice this year so far and its very interesting. I'm not a Buddist.

If your against it or for it- I would like your opinion. I get bored and think of weird stuff, this is barely a theory- just looking for polite opinions.

Sperm can move on its on. Sperm somehow knows to get to the egg, and then get inside the egg. I feel that it is safe to say sperm is living, not a human, but alive like germs are. If that is true, would not the same be said for the egg? Even if not, if sperm is alive would not the mixture of sperm and an egg be something alive? Unless the sperm dies when it gets inside the egg (if it does then i do not see how it would form a baby) does this not mean a 2 day old fetus is alive is some way?

Im not trying to change peoples opinion on abortion- but if a 2day old fetus is alive, in the same manner of the sperm.

Is it normal or even possible for adults to regress (go back to an earlier stage and do something they did/enjoyed earlier in life) when faced with a painful or stressful, emotional obstacle?

When I say regression, i'm talking about episodes where the person might go back to thumb sucking, cuddling a teddy, bed wetting.. that sort of thing??

Is there an easy way of coping/overcoming all of it?

OK last night i dreamt that i was at my church running around and having fun with the other kids my age [13-18] and then this guy named jason that also goes to my church [that i have no chance with lol] and he came up to me and said "i like you, and i have for a while." and then he asked me out and hes a hottie so i agreed. And that was pretty much all i remember but i remember watching him leave as the night ended....
