ok if some one act's like emo u now (hate my life,cut's them self ..................and all that) but that dont dress like emo are thay emo or not?

No they're just depressed...if they really do hate their life that's not emo, it's emo to hate your life just because you're part of a fad that requires you to hate your life.

your thinking of the current emo's. that would be a fad to get attention.
the original emo was just an emotional person, with actual troubles that he probably worked at fixing. not used as an attention magnet for other people with fake problems.
for the current emo, yea, you gotta dress like one to be one, its like a freakin cult.
but Im neither, I do know a few of each.
