The depo provera (once every 3 mos) injection. I've been on it for over 10 yrs. It does have some annoying side effects and isnt' recommended for long term use however, so when the new pill comes out that allows women to have no periods, I'm going to look into that.

im 34 yrs old and married but i got a sterlization at age 26 and wish I didnt have it done but try abstince and if need to have sex use condoms and birth control pills or other methods safer . and look up birth control methods.

I am on the pill, but just to be on the safe side, my sweetie also uses the condom. I feel that one can never be too safe because there are disease floating around...and you only have one body, so protect it.
