At work we have a program that monitors what you do and how often you do it on the web. Now I want to look busy but sometimes its hard, is there anyway to make it so they can't see what I'm doing on the web or even make them think I'm looking at one page but actually accessing another?

Depends on how much you value your job. I used to use an anonymous surfing site and access pages through there. Basically it works by you accessing one page the whole time but using that page to open other web sites. There are many, just do a search on yahoo at home. From there you will be able to tell which ones you prefer before work/

unless you are VERY sharp about these things, and i presume you are not. there is a very high probability that any attempt by you to circumvent their monitoring service you will be caught. my advice is to just do your job
