i want to buy a chi flat iron but can`t decide between the regular chi 1" the turbo 2" or the "big chi" which is a 2" i have long curly hair and need a good straightner, also i heard that it dosent matter wether u use a 1 inch or a 2 inch it will straighten at the same rate, is this true? so which one should i get? thanks so much! also it would help if u`ve used them before

so my girlfriends mom was in a wreck.. pretty dumb. somehow her mom is having to use the vacation money to fix the car. i would appreciate if you guys could give me some oppinions or help from experience or something. here is what she said to me about the accident.

vacation is probably cancelled.
my mom got in a wreck today.
some other lady's fault in her
work parking lot. the police said
they don't come to private
property to file accident
reports
so basically that means we
have to pay for the wreck
repairs [hence vacation money]

so if you guys have questions more about the accident i will ask. PLEASE help.

While I am still deciding wether or not I should buy an Alienware Rig or not I just want to know if any of you know an Alienware build in between $4500-$5500 USA dollars (before tax).

Best answer goes to the one that can give a build that seems to give the most bang for my buck.

Ok, so my family and I are Catholic. But, a couple of years ago we stopped going to church. Now, my mom says I should believe in God more and read the Bible. This might sound bad but, I tried reading it and cant get into it. I understand it, but I just dont take an intrest in reading it. Should I believe in God more and try harder to read the bible?

When our son does something wrong like pulling hair or whatever, my husband will smack his leg or hand. I'm trying to convince him that it's not necessary to punish him like that yet, and that he doesn't understand. All he knows is that one of his favorite people is hurting him, and I'm afraid he's just making him scared of him. He doesn't hit him hard or anything, but I don't think that any physical contact of that kind is necessary at this age.. (or really any age) He says that child psychologists are quacks and that he is his father and he should be able to discipline him how he wants.. BUT I'M HIS MOTHER- that's my response. He seems to not appreciate the fact that I have an opinion on the matter, too and if I don't want him to smack him, he SHOULDN'T! I'm so stressed out about this... what do I say to him? (and please, no "Call the CPS".. he's not really HURTING him, he's just startling him.. ) Okay, opinions please..

6 years, no marriage, got the ring... but never really made it to the alter. He says that we are too young to be married (he 30 me 29). Also, he says that we argue too much. We are very passionate(equally with the love and fighting). We will break up and get back together because we know that we love each other and we do not function well w/o each other. My thing is.. while I'm still young pretty and sexy, I need to make myself accessible to someone who will not keep me around as their gf for 6 YEARS! I think if I don't mention marriage to him and we continued on the same path that we have been on for the last 6 years it will turn into another 6 years w/o marriage. Is this a waste of time. I love him and would want him for my husband but c'mon 6 years is too long and he has no intentions on marrying me anytime soon. Oh yeah... he wants to buy a house together and thinks it is more logical to do that than to marry? Is he serious?
