i kind of have an idea on how to use it but i have no idea where to get the addresses from...

If you don't know how to use it, DONT. It is a good tool, and even though being WAY WAY better than bearshare and limewire, it is not the smartest thing for you to use unless youre very knowledgable about puters. Learn more about files and about security first, then use bittorrent wisely and safely. Have fun, but remember, long term, there is no such thing as free music, you pay either in cash, or in effect on your computer. And remember, bittorrent does NOT mean you have a liscense for a movie or for music

First you need to install a torrent client. I prefer utorrent I think its the best. Then you can search for torrent on www.thepiratebay.org and www.torrentspy.com.

Try using bitcommet app, thats what I use. and download torrents at torrent sites
