we've had "this is why i'm hot" "laffy taffy" "chicken noodle soup" "lip gloss" and i even predicted somone would make a song using "hickory dickory dock" one day, and I'll be damned that of all people, 8Ball & MJG made a song called "hickory dickory dock"! what has rap music come to, is it now a marketing gimmick for nursery rhymers?

Or have archeologists found hyroglyphics (spelling?) in Egypt about Moses' existence? Can anyone give me resources to Egyptian findings about baby Moses or about Moses being adopted & raised by the Pharoah's daughter? Are there any Egyptian writings about ten plagues during that time? Or is the Bible the only written word about Moses? Thanks for any help you can give me!

Some of my plants are not growing tall (e.g. Avacado, Areca Palms). Should I dig them out and move to a deeper hole? Will it help if I just add more soil on top without moving them?

I am a very casual dresser and live in blue jeans and tee shirts. The dressiest I get is dress slacks and blouse or sweater. I don't own a purse, and can't wear high heels because of bad feet and trick ankles. Now I have to go to a funeral for the brother of my husband's aunt.

My husband plans to wear a suit and tie. All the woman on his side of the family really dress up for weddings and funerals. He doesn't care what I wear but I will feel really out of place if I'm the only woman with slacks. Yet if I go out shopping for a dress, shoes and purse I will feel very awkward wearing something I am not used too. Also it will be a waste of money since I won't wear these things again. I don't even know what is in style or if I should wear black or what? Any suggestions on where to go shopping or what I could wear that would be proper?

Talked to hubby in Tex. and heard the news from Galveston and apparently a couple in a hotel put their 2 month old child in the microwave for 10 seconds. This child received burns but the mother is wanting custody. This is worse than anything I have ever could imagine. Why would anyone do something like this to a baby?

CPS showed up today at my house and interviewed me and my son and asked me to provide paperwork from doctors proving there is no signs of abuse.. "sigh" I knew she did this because I kicked her out of our house last week, and she did this for revenge. What should I do? I am a good mom to my 10 year old son and have never put a hand on him.... . I am on a green card and I am worried this stuff will mess up my opportunity to become a US citizen..And not only that, mess up my happy marriage and happy family life!.... My computer is acting up badly. I want my computer to run smoother and faster. Its needs more disk space and I need more memory, but at the moment i have no money to buy new hardware. So I went to walmart the other day and I saw some programs that say they can protect against viruses and clean up my system so it can run better. So my question is, what are some good programs to buy to try and fix my computer up a little bit for a do it yourself, computer illiterate person like me?

Tonight was the senior awards night for my High School. Now I have put my heart and soul, everything I have into singing and chorus these last 13 years. However when the chorus teacher comes to the stage, she doesn't even mention me one bit. She gave an award to three other people but she passed over me. Then after the awards, my parents started yelling at me and saying that I am worthless just because I didn't win any awards. I tried to get a scholarship but the adviser told me and I quote "There is no way that you could ever get a scholarship." I feel as if the whole world is against me right now. I can't seem to do anything right and the one thing that I am good at in school, I don't even get recognized for.

What do you think about this situation?
