i am a catholic, so i am wondering where would i get a novena to Holy Spirit to say anytime if it is possible. I am also wondering would a Novena to the Holy Spirit be a suitable for requesting conversion to Christanity of someone I love.

The novena to the Holy Spirit -- at least, the one I'm familiar with -- is a very old one, usually said from Ascension Thursday to Pentecost Sunday, and is prayed to receive the gifts of the Holy Spirit. EWTN's web site has a good page on it (first link below).

My personal feeling is that a novena can be prayed at the traditional time, or any time; God isn't locked into a schedule, and I see no reason why our prayer life should be.

If your purpose is specifically praying for someone's conversion, though, you might want to look into the Green Scapular (brief info at the second link below, or just google "green scapular").

What? I got to read that ? again???
You want to talk to the HOLY SPIRIT talk No intervention it is a conversation, a communication conversation, You tell YHVH what is on your heart. You study the Torah, you from love follow Him. I was baptized Catholic as a baby. A tradition of man and not a command of YHVH. get in the word, Start at Genesis and go through Revelation,, then start at Genesis again. Repeat cycle for rest of your natural born days. change will occur, garanteed!
Prayers for you!
Shalom
