2bed, 1 den, 2 bath condo in Irvine, California. We left our place in decent condition with just the usually wear and tear. We moved out the 5/1 and did the walk through with the landlords. There was nothing major that they wrote down on the walk through and they said they were going to e-mail me a copy of the walk through papers in a few days. A week later, they sent me an email saying that they didnt think the security deposit ($3000.00) was going to cover the damages. 5/20, they dropped off the final walk through papers w/o a call and a bill for 4,500.
3600 for painting/shutter repair (NO)
toilet paper dispenser 90 (expensive, but yes)
repair man 220 (Yes)
housekeeping 375 (Yes)
carpet shampoo 170 (Yes)
new fridge 1450 (NO)
limestone cleaning 1200 (what?)
screen door 400 (NO)
What should I do? small claims. lawyer, what?

I have these award certificates for people, and these already have all the stuff already on it, with the exception of the person's name on it.

How can you print out their name on the certificate? I'm assuming that you just estimate where the name will go in relation to the certificate and just go trial and error from there, but is there a better way to do it? Thank you very much for the help!

You want to measure the height of a stadium light pole. However, it is on the other side of a fence and you don't want to test the trespassing laws. Instead, you stand at point A and measure the angle to the top of the pole and find it to be 40 degrees. You then walk 50 feet from point A in a direction directly away from the pole and measure the angle to the top again. This time it measures 28 degrees. How tall is the pole?

He can do that when nobody besides him will take the initiative to win the freaking game. Take LeBron for example, he's the best player on his team and a friendly ball passer but is not winning... In games like game 1 in Detroit he needs to hog the ball to win. Even though Detroit's defense wouldn't allow him he's should've tried.

Well i got an email quiet a bit back and I've basiclly done this from then on and i hope everyone else will do the same. For starters as most of you know EXxon and Mobile are the largest gas companys... What we should do is not by from these companys and force these companys to lower their gas prices because of all the customers they will be losing. In effect to this the other companys will have to lower their gas prices to compete with them. We should all keep doing this till the gas price in the companys reach around 1.50 or lower :P

This is how it goes:


I just returned from vacation, to realize that its time for me to move on with my life.

I've liked this guy for a few years already but he loved someone else. I can't say I really loved him because I didn't, it was more that I like him. He knew the truth, but I didn't care.

I tried and tried to forget about him but couldn't. Finally I realized that I needed to get out of this place and go somewhere. Somewhere far far away. I flew to an island smaller then the island of Rhode Island where I stayed a few days.

There I realized that I am so lame which is a shame because someday my prince is going to come maybe not now, but one day.

Same thing has happenned to me after several installs of SP2.
I have researched many issues, but none seem to match my problems. Microsoft is hounding me with pop ups to install SP2, but each time I do, all of a sudden XP doesn't recognize my rom drives and the drives themselves won't operate. So I uninstall it, things go back the way they were, and then the pop ups begin again. Iv'e sucsessfully installed it on two other computers, so I know I am not a dummy, or at least I didn't use to think so......
