i just got my head shaved and im wondering how i can increase my hair growth,becuase it is really a competetion im involved in.

I use to work in posh boutique hair saloon in Atlanta, GA. Take biotin, which is an herb and is available at any drug store, but the cheapest place to find will be wal-mart. Just follow the directions on the bottle. See if that doesn't do the trick. Remember to take daily. This will also be a good product to promote healthy skin and nail growth. This will work if taken daily; however, as a rule of thumb, read the ingredients to make sure you have no allergies to its contents. However, it is a natural herb.

I have a HAIR blog with a 10 step program called 10,000HEADS ( that's how many it took for me to get it right!)...that is made for women but I have many men ( pro-surfers, actors,etc) following it with good luck....

There are 2 approved methods for fast hair growth: Rogaine and the pill PROPECIA ( for men only) both work really well. They don't work for girls so that is why I headed into the research of it....
Check it out ...... at least follow the rules I have for shampoo
there is a particular ingredient (SLS / Sodium Lauryl Sulfate /Sulfates) that is super strong and one of the reasons "I" feel has contributed to the horrendous new cases of hair loss in both sexes...
But if you really want to grow hair you will follow all 10 steps......
but that's just me!

I heard before that if you rub a bar of soap over your head it increases hair growth.
