Regretting a Mistake. Need advice. Help?

Recently, I had a job offer that was more money (25% + more)and promotion. Because of greed of getting more money than the original offer, I held back. Because of my mistake, the deal fell through and the employer hired someone else. This has been really bothering me. It has been nearly two months now and I can't get past this. I cannot even focus on my current job and my family. I don't know what to do. I feel like I missed out and it's bothering me beyond words. I have never felt like this before. Call it crazy, but I sometimes even get to tears. Help! How can I overcome this? How would you rank this in terms of a regretful life event? Thank you for your help.

I've got four people, who play WoW all moving in to one house. How much internet do I need?

The house is two stories tall and is gonna have Voice over IP phones, and four people playing World of Warcraft at the same time. My cable (comcast) seems strained to the limit by two people playing WoW. what should I do?

I just started a new job and it wasn't untill I started that I learned that I would have to drive..?

I don't drive...honestly I don't have a DL....When I was told that I would have to do some driving..I lied and told the manager that it is expired and I haven't renewed it because I don't drive...because I was in a car accident...now he is asking me about it again...I'm not sure ifI should tell him the truth and risk losing my job...But the job description did not say anything about driving and I did not apply to be a driver either!!! This info was NOT given to me untill my first day on the job...What should I do?? CAN THEY DO THIS???

does a motorcycle have a charging system?

i can jump start my bike (1985 kawasaki gpz 550), but as soon as i take the jumper cables off, the bike dies. does it just need a new battery, or is the problem deeper?

why does it have to be a big deal if your attracted to the same sex, the opposite sex, or both?

what if you just don't go by labels and lets say somone just falls for a person regardless of their sex. if you find a connection with that person and love them more then just a friend it doesnt mean your gay right? why can't people just like whoever... ? is this what being bi is?

i hit my head yesterday and it still hurts. could i have a concussion? if so what does that mean?

i hit my head on a doorknob extremely hard and then i fell over. i have a head ache today, one day later. it hurts in the back where i hit my head.

Hazing Day?

Hi everyone I had a question about hazing.

So first semester we had a hazing day for freshmans. I (being a freshman) got hazed badly. The Seniors who hazed me got cuahgt by the admin. for it and they got suspended. But I'm kind of creeped out because the end of year hazing is comming up.

So the question I want to ask is:

Do I show up to school on Hazing Day again to show that I'm not afraid or do I stay at home where I can be safe?

I'd appreciate any advice anyone can offer.

What's the cure for loneliness?

I want to be okay with being single. But some days I'm just not. I don't want a quick fix or another raggedy relationship. I want to learn more about being completely and solidly okay with just being by myself...even when I don't have a date or my phone isn't ringing off the hook.

Is the world due for another War World?

Ever hear of a hurricane travelling in the wrong direction?

Several years ago, I 'm sure I heard a news report about a hurricane that was travelling in a westerly direction. I remember this because hurricanes always travel west to east, and this was a rare anomaly, but I cannot seem to find any news stories or scientific articles on it.
