the draft isnt today
today is the day when they choose the drafting order
the actual draft isnt until June 28th

1. The real draft is not today, only the lottery.
2. Only non-playoff teams (with the exception of trades) can participate in the lottery.
3. No, draft picks acquired by a team still playing in the playoffs cannot be used.

not until the new season starts in october or november not this post season that's going on right now
