The NBA Draft is not till June. The draft lottery should be on ESPN. The lottery has all the non-playoff teams in it to see who gets a highest draft pick. After the 14 places, the playoff teams are place in accordding to playoff performance and season record. Basically everyone gets to draft. NBA draft day is June 28th.

No it's called the draft lottery. It is on ESPN like right now. Only the 14 worst records are entered in the lottery.

It's only the teams that didn't make the playoffs...it's on at 8:30 pm ET on ESPN.
