I am a young female and I am working my *** of every day trying to catch up on reading material, volunteering, writing, family, etc..-The norm I suppose. Yes, I often go to bed way over the time I should, but not always.
Even during my time off, days when I go to bed at 8 and get up past noon, eat well, exercise, I am constantly tired. This is like an ongoing symptom with me: Daily, I am anxious, bothered by slightly cold weather, and tired.
This doesn't happen absolutely every day but most of the time I am living. As far as I know, I am pretty healthy otherwise and do not take any medication.
What is this?
