Let's put it this way...I wouldn't want to be the 16 y/o! It's bad, he's bad.

That kid is in a heap of trouble because there's no law in the world declaring a 14 year old competent enough to say no--even if it wasn't rape and even if she initiated it.

In most states, a 16 year old is allowed to drive. The 16 year old should have exercised SELF CONTROL. 16 is not too young to be held accountable for his actions.

According to the link below, you must be at least 18 to be charged with Statutory Rape in OH. The link to the actual OH law was not working when I tried it. If this source is accurate. no charges would be filed in the case you describe.
