Ice it with a bowl full of ice cubes & then steam it over the stovetop using a kettle - go back & forth a few times ending with a cold compress towel over your entire face - Vaseline the driest areas over night, but try to avoid Vaseline on the T-Zone....

I know, first consider changing your exfoliating prod, probably it's to strong for ur skin type. Then apply a moisturizer (a good one, best if it has urea in it), if you do this intensively it may pass in a day, in the meantime u can wear a cream - makeup mix... (50:50)

Just keep moisturizing it with a good moisturizer at least 4 or 5 times a day.

just leave it alone and it should get better in a couple of days. keep up your regular routine without the exfoliating. if you have to go somewhere special, you can try using a hydrocortisone cream to reduce redness.

use a really good moisterizer...for future times, ur only supposed 2 exfoliate 2-3 times a week

Definitely moisturize your face and when you wash it, use lukewarm water instead of hot, and keep your fingers away from your face. But definitely moisturize!

oh my gosh, i went through that. Use aloe vera lotion and apply to your face until it goes away but don't use anything else while your doing this.
