Is it true that chocolate, onions, french fries and other foods of that sort make you break out in pimples or make the pimples you already have even worse?

I need professionals, and the best advice possible, please! Thanks so much<3

no, this is not true, unless you touch your face after eating greasy foods.

No! They've proven chocolate does NOT make your face break out. But fried food like french fries and onion rings, (not sure about plain onions) will make your skin break out because of all the grease. Stay away from fried food. Chocolate has been proven that it doesn't make your skin break out. Also, the darker chocolate, the better. It has anti oxidants that are actually good for your body (just don't eat too much!) Good luck.

Greasy foods definately make you break out. Chocolate does for some people, but usually doesn't. But stay away from anything smothered in grease!

nope it's not true at all.. acne is usually hereditary (spelling?!) or it's from touching your face and lack of hygine. the most common is hereditary though and when you're a teenager it's really tough to control bad acne. try using simple facewash like clean and clear or neutragina, moisturizing in the morning and before bed, and keeping your hands off your face!

no, that is a myth. chocolate does not contain anything that would make your skin break out. that is a complete falsehood.
