I'm a healthy person. I have an active lifestyle and eat lots of fruits and veggies. I've never had to pay a lot of extra attention to my weight or diet, besides taking vitamins and drinking water. However, even though I'm now off the medicine (a steroid for my asthma) and have vamped up my workouts, this extra weight isn't budging. So I think I need to change my diet. I've heard weight watchers is good for teaching portion control, but LA weight loss gives faster results. Even though I do not have a lot of weight to lose, I want to make sure I do it in a healthy way. Any suggestions, experiences, etc.?
