i tried to change my ringtone, but it kept the same ringtone!
how do i fix this, and what is the difference between the key picture and the sound wave?

It may default to the original ring tone if tomne is saved on the memory card or file is too large or complex to open. try other smaller file to be set as ring tone. Otherwise chcek the file format if is compatible to the ph. Call Motorola CS for better assistance.

Serious call your customer service dept for you cell phone provider. They have staff that can fix this real fast.
