alright, so how can you lose weight or tone up if youre a 14 year old girl? whats the best weight for someone of that age and the height of about 5'6? i eat pretty well, its just that i dont do any sports. what are some good exercises i can do?

ok i think im healthy...im 16 5'9" and about 152lbs. i ran the mile a few days ago at 6:00 and i wanna kno why i still have fat on my belly...i mean i work out like every other day plus i drink 8 glass's of water everyday . and i like run but there is still fat on my abs like I CAN GRAB LIKE FAT IN MY HANDS AND PULL....so i want to kno how to get rid of that...

I just saw a documentary about the French Revolution and was appalled by how many people they capriciously sent to the guillotine. Supposedly, it was intended to be a more humane alternative to hanging. I don't see how that can be true, since it leaves your brain completely intact, and your nerves are left to sense all the pain. There has to be a period of time after the blade falls when you are still mostly conscious (at least aware of the horrible pain). My question is, after your oxygen supply is cut, how long can you expect to be conscious?

In a perfect world, you would lose consciousness immediately, but I know that's not true. That thought scares the hell out of me.

if you got pregnant by your husband (and thought you were going to leave him eventually) would you have an abortion or think well I'll just get child support if i decide to leave. my wife up and left after a small fight after her abortion now she's all gung ho about getting her own place and has a real estate agent looking for her. would that make you suspect the baby might not have been yours? i don't think any woman would have an abortion by the man they were married to whether they thought they were going to leave or not eventually. especially if the one thing we argued about constantly was having another kid. other option would be that she got scared after she got pregnant. i don't know though. everything is real fishy and she just up and left. onward and upward with her life without thinking about me or my kids she left behind. very cold. what do you think?

the earth is incredibly resilient!
case in point; we r told that the earth experienced a collision with an asteroid however many millions of years ago. the environment on earth was so damaged that the dinosaurs were wiped out completely. this is an accepted account of history.
now, we r told that our very existence is a stake over global warming.
when did the earth cease to b the beautifully resilient planet it has always been for millions of years, and become so fragile that people generally accept the fate of the very earth is at stake over "global warming"?

This seems bizarre to me- there's no example of guardian angels doing this in scriptures. if they exist it seems that is not what they are to be doing. they are not there to be our friends, but to serve God and promote our God seeking- not distracting our attention from God to their selves... i'm confused by "angels" that seem to be acting oddly to me- what do you think?

especially interested in what Jews and Christians think of this, others who believe in angels are welcome to contribute as well. not looking for anyone making fun of or bashing my question: if you think i'm asking about mythical creatures then please don't answer. And before you ask- Yes, I am sane.
