...hands down, the most visceral, yet poetic, action-packed, Jet Li movie, is his 1994 production of "Fist of Legend"; the martial arts choreography in this film is fast, furious and jaw-dropping, and the story...a loving tribute/homage to actor/producer/martial arts master Bruce Lee's "Fist of Fury" (1972)...is most dynamic and heart-felt!!!
...with the exception of the European-produced 2005 film, "Unleashed" (definitely Jet Li's best film produced outside of mainland China, as far as showcasing his acting prowess, as well as his martial arts skills), the other non-Asian films ("Romeo Must Die", "Kiss of the Dragon", etc."), have failed, at different levels, to fully exhue his dynamic martial arts style and power.
If I had to pick a close second to "Fist...", it would have to be "Fearless", from 2006.
...looking forward to this fall's release of "War", where Jet Li stars along side Euro-action star Jason Statham, and ever-rising martial arts star Kane Kosugi (son of actor/Ninja martial arts master Sho Kosugi, of the '80's Cannon Films "Ninja" movies); also looking forward to "The Forbidden Kingdom", an upcoming film production, starring Jet....and Jackie Chan!!!
...stay tuned!!!!

I would say "Fist of Legend", but since it is essentially a remake of Bruce Lee's "Chinese Connection" (USA title), I would have to go with "Twin Warriors".
I mean, come on! It has Michelle Yeoh and has an explanation for the concepts of Tai Chi Chuan!

"Unleased", as it not only showed his tough, action side, but also his sensative side. 2nd best would be "The One".
